1. How do I create a new account on the Y-EDCO platform?

To create an account, visit the platform website, click "Create new account" on the login page, fill in the registration form with your details, check your email for an activation message, and click the activation link provided.

2. What should I do if I forget my password or my account is locked?

If you forget your password, click "Lost password?" below the login button and follow the instructions sent to your registered email. If your account is locked, you can contact support at support@y-edco.eu with your username or registered email.

3. How can I change the language of the platform?

You can change the language before logging in by clicking the language selector in the top menu of the login page, or after logging in through your user menu/top navigation. The platform supports English, Norwegian, Romanian, Greek, and Swedish.

4. How do I enrol in a course?

You can self-enrol by browsing available courses under "All Courses", clicking on the course you are interested in, selecting the "Enrol me" button, and confirming your enrolment to start learning immediately.

5. What are the requirements to complete a module and a course?

To complete a module, you must go through the content and pass the module quiz with a score of 5/10 or higher. To complete a course, you must finish all required activities, achieve minimum passing grades, and submit all assignments.

6. Are there unlimited attempts allowed for quizzes?

Yes, unlimited attempts are allowed for quizzes, and you can re-attempt them to improve your results or become eligible for a certificate if you scored lower than 5/10.

7. How can I view and download my certificate?

Go to your course page, check your completion status to verify that all module quizzes are passed, look for the "Course Completion Certificate" tab, select the right arrow, and select "View Certificate" to download it.

8. What accessibility features are available on the platform?

The platform includes an accessibility toolbar that lets you customize background color, font face (including Open Dyslexic), font size, font kerning, image visibility, letter spacing, line height, link highlights, text alignment, and text color. It also supports screen readers and keyboard navigation shortcuts.

9. Can I access the platform on my mobile device?

Yes, you can access the platform via a mobile web browser by navigating to https://y-edco-edu.eu.

10. How can I contact technical support if I encounter issues?
